Availability

The calendar shows the TOTAL occupancy of the house, not individual flats. If there are still booking possibilities in one or more flats, these dates are highlighted in green. If you see a red block, the entire house is already occupied.

Main season

The above prices include VAT, bed linen, towels, free internet access and a “starter kit” (toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwashing tablets, salt / pepper). The tourist tax of 2,30 Euro per adult per night or 1,80 Euro per child (7-18) per night must also be paid in cash at the Haus. That cost is included in your booking offer.

We will charge a cleaning fee of 45 Euros per apartment per stay.

Your booking request becomes a firm booking once you have given us your full address and paid 20% of the total price as a down payment. We will send you payment details by e-mail after your booking request. The rest of your bill is payable by bank transfer one week prior to your arrival date.

We do not have a card reader!

We offer discounts, including special prices for longer stays or block bookings. Please inquire for details.

Pets

Pets (no cats) are welcome and cost a flat rate of 25 euros cleaning fee per pet per stay. Owners are obliged to provide a copy of their owner liability insurance.

Cancellation

For cancellations up to 4 weeks (28 days) before arrival: Refund of the deposit.
For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival: We retain the deposit.
For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: We charge 50 percent of the total price.
For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: We charge 75 percent of the total price.
When a booking is cancelled on the day of arrival: Due to the loss of rental, we charge you the full price of your booking.

Should we manage to secure a new booking for the apartment you booked but wish to cancel within seven days of your arrival date, we will refund you to the tune of the value of the days the new booking overlaps with your original booking.

Special Offers

Block-bookings

For group bookings of at least 8 adults and a maximum of 12 people in total, the overnight price will be reduced to 27,50 Euro / person / night. The price is only valid for the low season and applies to bookings that include large and small apartments. A minimum stay of three nights is required for all guests who are party to the block booking.

There is a one-time cleaning fee of 30 euros for the guest lounge and the fireplace.

Whether you come to stay with or without a child, during school holidays or outside that time …

If you book a 14-day stay, you pay only 12 days!

If you just need peace for the creative process in the midst of beautiful nature that offers quiet and may be inspiring, ask us for special rates for longer rentals (these are only available in low season).
